Client Coordinator - Global Clients
Your contribution to KPMG
•
Central point of contact for our Global client team. Focusing on account growth and continuous account management process improvements, this position plays a key role in driving best practice across our Global Client service team: collaborating directly with different Lead Partners and account Teams and providing autonomous support
•
Coordinate and track progress of global account initiatives and projects
•
Organize regular team calls, ensuring clear documentation and action tracking
•
Maintain and manage global account plans, engagement pipelines, and internal reporting tools
•
Manage global client portal, risk management processes and knowledge-sharing platforms
•
Assist with client pursuits, RFP responses, and proposal preparation
•
Support financial management, including budgeting, billing coordination, and revenue tracking.
•
Update and maintain our customer relationship management database and prepare newsletters for clients
•
Support events organization and coordination
This is what makes you successful
•
Business diploma or equivalent education with a minimum of 3-4 years of expertise in a similar position
•
Full proficiency in English, a very good level in French would be a strong asset
•
Committed and resilient with a can-do attitude, who thinks proactively and takes responsibility
•
Coordinating and setting priorities in a fast-moving environment are among your strengths
•
Strong attention to details with an aptitude for proofreading
•
Proven ability to deal with confidential/sensitive information with a high degree of tact and discretion
•
A strong team player who enjoys working in diverse teams
•
Advanced MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) skills
