This is what you move with us
Mise en place:
You are responsible for the preparation and organization of the patisserie for HP guests, à la carte service, banquets, and occasionally the staff canteen.
Daily creation of desserts:
Using 80% fresh products, you create delicious pralines, friandises, cakes, and sweet pastries for breakfast. You are also responsible for our external operations.
Creative dessert creations:
Bring in your ideas and develop innovative and appealing dessert creations that delight our guests.
Guest orientation:
Respond to the special requests of our guests and fulfill them with the highest precision and friendliness.
Continuous improvement:
Actively contribute to the optimization of our workflows and help to continuously develop our high-quality standards.
Teamwork:
Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a smooth process in the patisserie.
Hygiene and safety:
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
This is you
Completed training as a confectioner/patissier3 years of professional experience in patisserie, ideally in upscale hospitalityPassion for creating sweet delicacies and an eye for detailCreativity and enthusiasm for innovationTeam spirit and communication skillsResilience and flexibilityLanguages: Fluency in Italian. English or German in addition.
