Tâches

Soutenir l'exécution des programmes de récompenses globaux de l'entreprise.

Conduire des analyses de marché et préparer les cycles d'évaluation des salaires.

Gérer l'administration des programmes d'équité et les processus d'audit.
Compétences

Diplôme en ressources humaines ou domaine similaire, avec 2-3 ans d'expérience.

Compétences analytiques solides et maîtrise d'Excel.

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et orientée solution.

Global Rewards Operations
: You support the operational and analytical execution of Climeworks’ global rewards programs. You work closely with the Director Compensation & Benefits and HR colleagues to ensure our compensation, benefits, and equity programs are well‑run, compliant, and clearly communicated, while continuing to evolve with Climeworks’ strategic developments.

Compensation Processes
: You conduct salary benchmarking and market analyses, and you support the preparation and coordination of the annual salary review cycle across multiple countries.

Equity Program Administration
: You coordinate the grant and exercise processes of equity‑based compensation plans within Climeworks’ equity administration platform, including audits and employee follow‑ups.

Bonus Cycle Preparation
: You prepare and calculate the annual bonus cycle, including data validation, eligibility checks, and documentation.

Gender Pay Gap & Reporting
: You drive gender pay gap analyses and related reporting, contributing to transparency, compliance, and internal reviews.

Benefits Management
: You lead the administration, renewal, and continuous improvement of benefit plans across Climeworks’ international entities, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.

Global Mobility Support
: You assist in global mobility and cross‑border employment cases, coordinating with tax and mobility advisors to ensure compliant and seamless processes.

Data Quality & Process Improvement
: You prepare compensation, benefits, and equity reports and analyses for HR, Finance, and leadership stakeholders, ensuring high data quality across HR systems and Excel‑based tools while contributing to ongoing process   improvements.

Educational Background
: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Professional Parcours professionnel
: You bring at least 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a closely related HR role, and you ideally have exposure to international or multi‑country HR topics while being knowledgeable in Swiss market practices.

Rewards Expertise
: You have a solid understanding of compensation and benefits principles, including regulatory considerations and relevant market practices.

Equity Parcours professionnel
: You have hands‑on expertise with equity‑based variable compensation, such as employee share options, RSUs, or similar long‑term incentive plans.

Analytical Skills
: You demonstrate strong analytical skills, and you feel confident working with Excel and HR data.

Working Style & Mindset
: You work with high attention to detail and bring a structured, reliable, and well‑organized approach to your tasks. You work independently and bring a strong “can‑do” attitude paired with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented problem‑solving mindset.

Communication
: You communicate clearly and pragmatically in English, and you ideally bring German skills as a plus.

Salary:
At Climeworks, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on the level of seniority and the location specific market median of similar jobs according to external benchmark surveys. Individual compensation depends on your skills, experience, and the value you bring to the team.
Formalities:

This position is based in Opfikon, Zurich, and we ask that you work onsite at least two days per week.
