RSM Switzerland SA recrute un(e) Compliance Officer a Genève.

As part of the strengthening of its internal Compliance function,
RSM Switzerland
is looking for a
Compliance Officer
to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the firm’s compliance and internal control frameworks.
This role offers broad exposure to key regulatory and professional standards, including
KYC/AML
,
ISO 27001
,
ISQM
,
ESG
, and
data protection
, with a progressive increase in responsibilities and close collaboration with experienced compliance professionals.

Compliance Officer
Your mission :
KYC / AML & Independence

Conduct periodic and event-driven KYC reassessments in accordance with Swiss AML standards

Assist with AML compliance checks and maintenance of client due diligence files

Provide occasional support to business teams on KYC and independence matters

Contribute to updates of internal procedures

Assist with updating, testing, and implementing a future AML tool, ensuring data quality and proper documentation
ISO 27001 – Information Security Management System (ISMS)

Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO 27001 framework

Participate in risk assessments, internal audits, and control reviews

Contribute to the maintenance of ISMS documentation (policies, procedures, registers)

Assist in tracking remediation actions and audit recommendations
Data Protection (GDPR / Swiss nFADP)

Support compliance activities related to data protection and privacy regulations

Contribute to records of processing activities, DPIAs, and internal controls

Work with IT and business teams on data protection and information security topics
ISQM & Quality Management

Support the maintenance of the firm’s quality management system in line with ISQM requirements

Assist with procedure reviews and follow-up of corrective actions

Contribute to quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
ESG & Other Compliance Projects

Support the collection and monitoring of ESG indicators

Contribute to internal documentation and reporting
Your profile:
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, Business Administration, Economics, Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field

Junior candidates
(0–2 years of parcours professionnel, including graduates) as well as
young senior professionals
(2–4 years) with relevant experience in compliance, audit, risk, or a regulated/professional services environment
Skills & Knowledge

Strong interest in compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks

Initial knowledge or exposure to ISO 27001, KYC/AML, data protection, or ISQM is an asset

Ability to understand, document, and apply regulatory requirements

Comfortable working with procedures, controls, and compliance documentation
Personal Attributes

Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility

Structured and analytical mindset

Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and develop in a demanding professional environment
Languages

Fluent in English and French/and or German (written and spoken)
Work location:
Geneva / Lausanne / Zurich (occasional travel to other offices in Switzerland may be required) – remote working possible
