Interesting topics are waiting for you from day one.Embark on your next journey and join our unique Legal & Financial Services practice inGenevato help our client solve exciting problems on a daily basis! This opportunity is for a6 to 8-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.Your key responsibilitiesExciting project work at the interface between business, law and technologyProcessing of complex legal and compliance issues for national and international customers in the field of financial servicesInterdisciplinary cooperation in a dynamic and varied work environment at the pulse of our customersDirect interaction with clientsSkills and attributes for successA master's degree in law or similar qualification; admission to the bar and/or further education such as dissertation/LL.M. is a plus2 to 5 years proven working knowledge of AML, regulatory compliance and controls within the Swiss Private Banking or Financial Services industryKnowledge of EUNINT and/or MENA markets specifies from a KYC/KYT perspectiveExperienced in due diligence activities (screening and researches)AML certifications (i.e.: ACAMS or Vision Compliance or similar)Experienced in due diligence activities (screening and researches)Experienced in roles involving client-facing activities (i.e.: meetings)Skilled IT user with a capacity to adapt to new or complex tools and use efficiently all usual software suit (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.)Excellent communication skills with a can-do and problem-solving attitudeAt ease under pressure and demonstrating good resilienceStrong teamwork initiative and ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and managementAn excellent level of and English and French; Arabic, Greek or Hebrew language is considered as a plusWhat we offer youAt EY, we'll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
