Consultant Employee Benefits 60–100% (m/f) – Personal Insurance (Accident and Daily Sickness Benefits)What can you expect?
Independent management and complex onboarding of international large corporate clients
Development of insurance concepts, tender comparisons and presentations
Advising our large corporate clients on all aspects of employee benefits and wellbeing topics
Responding to client enquiries in German, English and French
Close collaboration and coordination with colleagues locally and internationally within the framework of global broker mandates
Active involvement in exciting local projects and initiatives within the global WTW network
Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Your profile
Several years of experience and strong technical expertise in personal insurance (accident and daily sickness benefits)Ideally, prior experience as a broker in the field of personal insurance
Enjoyment of working with clients, insurers and team colleagues
Independent, solution-oriented working style combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for the further development of our services
Very good command of German, English and French, written and spoken (C1)FINMA certification required (a completed professional qualification is desirable)What we offer
