Poste a pourvoir : Content Team Lead -- Baar -- Red Bull AG.

The Content Team at Red Bull Switzerland develops and produces all moving-image content for the local market – across sports (including gaming) and culture (dance, music, and more). We create relevant, consistent, on-brand video content tailored to social and digital platforms.
As Content Team Lead, you manage a team of four and oversee all video productions for Red Bull Switzerland (short-form, long-form, documentaries, and live). You define and execute the content strategy, develop compelling stories and formats with strong hooks, connect creative talent with the brand, and drive continuous innovation and top-quality output.
RESPONSIBILITY
Your Mission: Strategy & Storytelling
You own and evolve the content strategy for the Swiss market with a strong focus on social. You translate audience insights and brand priorities into platform-specific content that fits the Red Bull brand. You continuously analyze performance, derive insights from data and feedback, and further develop the overall content ecosystem.
Your Playground: Production & Innovation
You drive the development and production of best-in-class content, from concept to final delivery. With a clear view of trends in storytelling, social media, and technology, you set new impulses and position Red Bull as a first mover in the content space.
Your Role: Leadership & Collaboration
You lead and develop a team of four and act as a sparring partner for storytelling and content production within the local Marketing Team. You support cross-departmental content initiatives and serve as the main point of contact for the international content department, ensuring smooth coordination between global and local projects. You bring global impulses into the Swiss market and share local learnings back into the international network.
EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Digital Media, Film/Content or Marketing and a proven track record in
developing and producing various video content
(short-form, long-form, documentaries and live) for social and digital platforms.

Strong editorial and storytelling skills
, with hands-on background in writing treatments, filming, editing, and production management.

Solid
background leading multiple productions
simultaneously, including managing freelancers, production partners and film agencies from concept to final delivery including pitch-briefings and evaluation.

Leadership experience
in managing and developing teams, combined with excellent communication skills, high motivation, commitment, innovation drive, and team spirit.

Experience with
budget responsibility
, an entrepreneurial approach paired with a
360° Marketing understanding
.
Fluent in German and English,
French is a Plus.
