Corporate Actions Officer - M/F

For a prestigious private bank, we are looking for :Corporate Actions Officer - M/FResponsibilities:Crossed analysis of the received information : custodians swifts, agent prospectus and financial providers (such as Bloomberg, Telekurs)Reconciliation of holdings, entitlements determination, pending positions managementWriting of the announcement for Relationship Managers and ClientsCollection of instructionsTransmission of the deposits to our correspondents, Funds manager and/or other external parties, control of their safe delivery and acceptanceCorporate Actions proceeds under clients accounts (cash and/or in kind proceeds)Overnight supervision of the bookingsFollow-up of the topics and issues over the lifecycle of a Corporate ActionProfile:3-5 years of experience in a similar positionStrong attention to detailExperience in private banking mandatoryFluent in English and French mother tongue
