Creative Strategist (m/f/d)

Shape our brand, inspire audiences, and bring bold ideas to life.
We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker who can transform insights into impactful brand experiences. In this role, you will combine hands-on graphic design expertise with strategic brand thinking to strengthen and evolve our global brand presence. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies worldwide, you will develop compelling concepts, ensure brand consistency, and bring creative ideas to life across multiple channels and markets.
Creative Strategist (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
Develop creative strategies, concepts, storylines, and campaigns that align with business objectives and strengthen our global brand
Shape, maintain, and further evolve our corporate design and brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels, touchpoints, and markets worldwide
Translate market trends, audience insights, and business needs into engaging brand experiences and impactful creative solutions
Support and coordinate global marketing, communication, and employer branding campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies
Act as the creative link between business teams and agency partners, providing guidance, feedback, and ensuring high-quality deliverables
Create and oversee visual assets for digital channels, social media, events, presentations, and marketing communications while contributing hands-on design expertise
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree or a vocational apprenticeship with relevant further training in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, creative strategy, marketing, communications, or a comparable role, ideally in an international B2B environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic and corporate design, storytelling, campaign development, and creative thinking
Proven ability to connect strategic, big-picture thinking with hands-on creative execution and brand management
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, international teams, and external creative agencies, combined with strong project management skills
Excellent English communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset; additional languages are an advantage
