As the CRM & Communication Manager for MySports, you are responsible for developing and optimizing our CRM strategy to drive customer engagement and retention. You design and execute targeted, data-driven communication campaigns across relevant channels. By analyzing customer insights and performance metrics, you continuously improve the customer journey and ensure consistent, impactful messaging.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Own and drive end to end lifecycle communication strategy across all CRM touchpoints
  • Plan, create and continuously optimise content and offers across owned channels
  • Design, automate and scale segment and trigger based campaigns using marketing automation
  • Take full ownership of newsletters, email, push, in app and SMS performance
  • Lead NPS surveys and Voice of Customer initiatives and turn feedback into actionable improvements
  • Define, track and improve CRM KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion and churn
  • Ensure consistent messaging aligned with CVP and Branding while maintaining documentation and elevating CRM best practices to the next level

YOUR SKILLS:

  • 5 plus years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation roles
  • Strong expertise in customer lifecycle management and journey orchestration
  • Hands on experience with CRM platforms and automation tools to build and scale campaigns
  • Excellent content creation and communication skills across digital channels
  • Data driven mindset with strong capabilities in performance analysis and optimisation
  • High execution quality with strong attention to detail and operational reliability
  • Strong cross functional collaboration skills and fluency in German and English, French as an advantage
