Customer Service & Administration Specialist

We are a company specialising in natural food supplements. We develop and distribute high-quality products for health and well-being – across Switzerland and Europe, through specialist retailers and our own web shop.
To strengthen our team at our site, we are looking for a customer-focused and linguistically versatile personality.
Your responsibilities
Looking after our customers by phone and in writing, in Italian, German and English
Order processing from initial enquiry through to delivery
Managing and maintaining our web shop for the Swiss and European markets
Welcoming and advising customers on siteSupporting our accounting (accounts receivable and payable, invoicing) using Europa 3000
General administrative duties and close collaboration with sales and logistics
Your profile
Commercial training or comparable practical experience
Fluent Italian, German and English, both spoken and written
(essential requirement)
Experience in customer service, internal sales support or administration
Basic accounting knowledge; experience with Europa 3000 is an advantage but not a requirement
Confident with MS Office; an affinity for web shop and ERP systems
An independent, accurate way of working and genuine enjoyment of contact with people
Interest in natural products and health topics
