You will play a key role in expanding the firm's cybersecurity practice by identifying market opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving large-scale security transformation programs.- Lead and deliver complex cybersecurity transformation projects across OT, IT, and supply chain domains.- Define and implement target operating models that bridge IT and OT environments.- Develop scalable, strategic client relationships and drive long-term growth.- Build and grow a high-performing, multicultural cybersecurity delivery team.- Identify emerging market trends and create innovative service offerings to meet client needs.- Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to ensure integrated program delivery.- Promote a culture of innovation and foster collaboration between people and technology.PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS- At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or industrial product environments.- Proven leadership experience in building and scaling global cybersecurity teams.- Strong background in one or more of the following domains: OT security, supply chain security, IAM, managed services, cyber strategy, vulnerability management, incident response, or regulatory compliance (e.g. NIS2, EU CRA).- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business development or strategic account management.- Up-to-date understanding of technology and security trends in OT and industrial systems.- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.- Relevant security certifications (e.g. CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP) are an asset.- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.- Fluent English; proficiency in German or French is an advantage.
