Digital Aircraft Program Manager

Pilatus Flugzeugwerke AG is looking for a Digital Aircraft Program Manager to join the team in Stans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Execute a strategic digital aircraft development program, ensuring schedules, cost control, risk mitigation and on-time delivery
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, Engineering and Business Aviation within a matrix organization
• Align closely with the Digital Aircraft Manager, Digital Aircraft Functional Managers and Digital Product Manager to ensure requirements and customer needs are met
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear scope, objectives and deliverables
• Take ownership of core responsibilities within your area of expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to internal processes

We are looking for someone with:

• University degree in Engineering, IT, Aviation or a related technical field, with strong expertise in project or program management within aviation
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, with solid knowledge of processes and implementation practices
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and integrate digital technologies
• Relevant degree and professional experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
