Description du poste

Poste a pourvoir : Director Corporate Communications -- Burgdorf -- mylife Diabetes Care AG.

mylife Diabetes Care is growing, and with that comes the need for a senior communications leader who can shape how the world sees us. As Director Corporate Communications, you are responsible for corporate narrative, media relations, internal engagement, crisis readiness, and executive positioning. You speak for the brand and set the messaging strategy, reaching employees, healthcare professionals, patients, partners, and media.
This role connects brand, reputation, and business transformation. You set direction, advise leadership, and ensure disciplined, compliant execution while coordinating across affiliates without direct reporting lines. We are looking for someone who has operated in complex, high-visibility environments and knows what it takes to prepare an organization for increased external scrutiny.
Director Corporate Communications | 100%

Your main tasks

Own and evolve the corporate narrative. Keep it sharp, differentiated, and consistent across every external touchpoint and market

Lead global media relations: proactive storytelling, press engagement, and reputation building in close partnership with local affiliates

Align affiliate communications through guidance and influence, not reporting lines

Ensure all external messaging meets regulatory and compliance standards in the healthcare/medtech environment

Define and track communications KPIs that measure real impact and inform what to improve

Build and run a global internal communications strategy that links company direction to the people delivering on it

Translate business priorities into clear, compelling messages for employees across functions and geographies

Partner with HR and leadership on change, transformation, and growth communications

Strengthen communications governance, including frameworks, processes, and messaging discipline, to the standards of a high-visibility organization

Serve as strategic advisor to the executive team; shape executive messaging, thought leadership, and leadership visibility in industry forums

Lead crisis communications preparedness: frameworks, playbooks, training, and real-time coordination across markets

Act as the escalation point for affiliates in reputational or media-sensitive situations
Your profile

10+ years in corporate communications within medtech, healthcare, or another regulated industry

Proven track record in international, multi-affiliate environments. You have worked across markets and know how to align without controlling

Experience in public company communications or similarly high-stakes settings where messaging discipline and governance matter

Skilled at advising C-level executives and influencing at leadership level. Not just delivering presentations, but shaping the thinking behind them

Equally strong in internal and external communications. You have done both, not just one

Strong writer and storyteller who can make complex topics understandable and compelling

Comfortable in a matrix organization where influence matters more than authority

High judgment, integrity, and resilience when the stakes are high and the timeline is short
