Swiss Exams is a leading organization in exam management and an authorized
Cambridge Assessment English Platinum Centre, IELTS test center, TCF exam center, CFA test center, and an official Goethe exams center in Switzerland.
To support the successful delivery of our examinations, we are looking for motivated and responsible
Description of Position
Supervisors are responsible for coordinating Invigilators, ensuring the integrity of examinations, and strictly adhering to all examination procedures. Exams are held on any day of the week (but mostly on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays), on about 20 to 30 days a quarter. Supervisors are required to submit their availability three months in advance and should be available for at least 50% of the scheduled exam days.

1. TCF Supervisors (French is required)

Locations: Geneva, Lausanne

Locations: Bern, Winterthur
2. CFA Supervisors (English is required)

Location: Winterthur
3. Linguaskill Supervisors (English is required)

Locations: Olten, Bern, Winterthur
4. Goethe Supervisors (German is required)

Locations: Winterthur, Zurich
5. Cambridge Supervisors (English is required)

Locations: Geneva, Lausanne

Locations: Bern, Olten, Lucerne

Locations: Zurich, Winterthur, St. Gallen
Your Responsibilities

Setting up the exam hall according to standards

Collecting, preparing, and packing exam materials

Coordinating and overseeing invigilators

Providing instructions to candidates and responding to their questions

Delivering official exam announcements and ensuring accurate exam timing at all times

Supervising paper-based, computer-based and speaking exams

Handling unforeseen situations calmly and professionally
Your Profile

Availability: Minimum 50% of exam days per quarter

Language Skills:Depending on the examination type, proficiency in English, German, or French is required.

Flexibility: Willingness to work at multiple locations and accept occasional assignments in other regions

Education:Ongoing or completed apprenticeship, Matura, Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree

IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT user skills

Commitment:Availability to work with Swiss Exams for a minimum period of two years is preferred.

Personal Attributes:Demonstrate professionalism, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a calm approach in unexpected situations
