Executive Assistant to General Manager
Swiss Bioscience GmbH, a rapidly growing biotechnology company located in the Zurich Area, Switzerland, specializes in GMP manufacturing of human mesenchymal stem cells for regenerative medicine. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our General Manager in driving the company’s mission forward. Position: Executive Assistant to General Manager
Education: Bachelor’s or Associate Degree required
Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Chinese
Salary: CHF 50,000 per year (probation salary to be determined)
Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
•
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
•
Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
•
Manage and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and effective follow-ups
•
Support client communication and facilitate interaction across English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders
•
Coordinate internal operations to ensure efficient workflow
•
Manage inventory and labeling processes
•
Handle or assist with product listings and maintenance on JD (Jingdong) platform
•
Travel occasionally as required by business needs
•
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s or Associate degree
•
Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written), with strong cross-cultural communication skills; German is a plus
•
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
•
Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and attention to detail
•
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
•
Experience in e-commerce or product listing platforms is a plus
•
Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
