Responsibilities
•
Deliver professional chef de rang service across all F&B outlets, from breakfast and room service to the Michelin-starred restaurant
•
Guide guests through menu and wine selections, offering tailored pairing recommendations
•
Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages with bartending expertise where required
•
Set up and maintain tables, mise en place, and service areas to 5-star standards
•
Ensure seamless coordination with the kitchen and F&B team throughout service
•
Anticipate guest preferences and personalize the dining experience accordingly
•
Maintain full knowledge of the wine list, spirits, and menu offerings, including allergens and ingredients
•
Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards across all service points
•
Contribute to upselling of wine, beverages, and specialty menu items
Essential Requirements
•
Previous experience as chef de rang in a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment
•
Solid knowledge of wine pairing and sommelier-level service
•
Bartending skills and experience with cocktail preparation
•
Fluency in English and Italian
•
Flexibility to work shifts, including breakfast, room service, and evening service
