At Pictet, our Technology and Operations divisions work in close partnership to deliver innovative, secure, and efficient solutions that drive the Group’s success. The Technology division develops and integrates advanced software solutions, such as portfolio management systems, trading platforms, and banking applications – playing a key role in the Group’s digital transformation and client value creation. The Operations division ensures the secure and efficient processing of banking transactions and investment funds, maintaining regulatory compliance and managing operational risks to support the reliability of our financial services.
Together, Technology and Operations form the backbone of Pictet’s ability to deliver outstanding client experiences, playing a key role in the Group’s digital transformation and value creation.
You will be part of the Finance Pictet Tech & Operations team. The team plays a pivotal role in the financial steering of the division, by providing timely, relevant financial data and reports in aligning financial strategies with business objectives and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Your role
As a member of the Finance Tech & Operations team, you will own the development of financial dashboards, manage finance analytical data models, automate reporting production processes, and act as the primary Finance liaison with the Central Data Engineering team. You will contribute to both the operational continuity of financial processes and the longer-term transformation of Finance analytics within Pictet Technology and Operations.
•    Ensure data consistency and integrity across finance reporting layers and upstream data pipelines.
•    Develop and manage the finance analytical data model, ensuring it accurately reflects latest analytical views.
•    Drive the automation of finance data production and reporting processes, eliminating manual workflows and enhancing the reliability and frequency of financial reporting.
•    Design, build, and maintain financial dashboards covering P&L by product, cost allocation, and operational KPIs aligned with new operating model.
•    Support FP&A and management accounting activities with robust, scalable analytics.
Your profile
•    Master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
•    3-5 years of expertise as a data analyst – experience collaborating with finance teams is a plus.
•    Strong proficiency in SQL, python, and experience with visualisation tools.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
•    Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical (Data Engineering) and business (Finance) stakeholders.
•    Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
•    Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
•    Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
