What you will do</strong> </h3> <ul> <li>
Ownership of accurate end-to-end bookkeeping and financial records</li> <li>
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year-end General Ledger closing activities</li> <li>
Preparing and contributing to group IFRS financial reporting and consolidation of financial statements</li> <li>
You act as the main interface for external auditors and support audit processes</li> <li>
You prepare and review VAT filings and related documentation</li> <li>
Take lead in the daily payment processes (back-up Payroll)</li> <li>
Support for documentation, structuring and implementation ICS</li> <li>
Support of evaluation and implementation of new ERP system</li> </ul> <h3> <strong>
What makes you the ideal fit</strong> </h3> <ul> <li>
Commercial education or degree / diploma in Accounting or Finance</li> <li>
Several years of experience in financial accounting in Switzerland</li> <li>
Experience with full-cycle accounting and closing processes</li> <li>
Experience supporting external audits and financial reporting (IFRS experience is an asset)</li> <li>
Good understanding of VAT processes and statutory reporting</li> <li>
Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset</li> <li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>
Fluent German and strong English skills, written and spoken</li> <li>
Strong Excel and MS Office skills</li> <li>
A structured, reliable and hands-on working style in an international environment</li> </ul> <h3> <strong>
