We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented
Financial Controller @ 100%
to join our client's Geneva office and work closely with the Group CFO. This is a unique opportunity to gain full visibility on the financial engine of an international multi-family office and actively contribute to its strategic development.
Far from being a pure accounting role, this position sits at the crossroads of finance, strategy, and operations. You will be a key player in shaping financial insights, driving performance, and supporting decision-making at the highest level.
Financial Controller
Be the CFO’s right hand...
•
Contribute to key strategic topics such as group financial structuring and transfer pricing
•
Support the consolidation of financial statements across jurisdictions
•
Build and enhance high-impact dashboards used by top management
•
Provide insightful analysis on profitability (clients, bankers, activities)
Drive performance and transparency
•
Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
•
Play a central role in the budgeting process and its monitoring
•
Deliver clear and actionable financial insights to support business growth
•
Continuously improve reporting tools and processes
Own the operational finance backbone
•
Oversee purchasing and invoicing processes in coordination with external fiduciary partners
•
Ensure strict cost control and alignment with budgets
•
Prepare and manage revenue-sharing calculations for bankers
•
Actively contribute to the optimization and automation of financial workflows
What we are looking for...
•
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
•
Experience in a family office, wealth management, or financial services environment in Switzerland
•
Parcours professionnel in an international environment is highly valued
•
Strong command of English (written and spoken) is required ; Portuguese is a strong plus
•
Strong accounting foundation and solid parcours professionnel in controlling
•
Excellent command of Power BI and Power Query (data-driven mindset is key)
•
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into business insights
•
Good understanding of financial statements and consolidation principles
