Gardener for Luxury Villas, Lake Zurich

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and service-minded Gardener for Luxury Villas – Lake Zurich to maintain and enhance the outdoor areas of our exclusive private residences and offices. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, solid horticultural knowledge, and a proactive approach to garden care, ensuring that all outdoor spaces reflect the highest standards expected in a luxury hospitality environment.

• Hands on maintenance of gardens, terraces, lawns, hedges, trees, and planted areas across residential properties
• Perform mowing, pruning, trimming, planting, fertilizing, watering, and seasonal garden preparation
• Ensure outdoor areas are clean, well maintained, and visually appealing year round
• Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, or deficiencies
• Coordinate or escalate to external specialists when required
• Operate, maintain, and store garden tools, machinery, and irrigation systems safely
• Report damages, safety issues, or maintenance needs to Facility Management
• Support special projects such as seasonal planting, garden redesigns, or event preparation
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality when working on private properties
• Supporting the maintenance team in all aspects related to the maintenance work

You are/have

• Proven experience as a professional Gardener, ideally leading gardening activities in private estates, hotels, or high-end residential environments
• Solid knowledge of plants, lawns, and seasonal garden care
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Well organized with good time management skills
• Service oriented mindset with a professional and respectful attitude
• Good skills in English required, German is an advantage
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland is mandatory
