Your Tasks
Responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive and significant military flight training service to the Belgium customer
Establish a local Pilatus organisation to manage and coordinate Pilatus employees and sub-contractor partners to deliver the engineering, maintenance and logistics services necessary to successfully execute our contractual responsibilities
Act as the senior representative of Pilatus in-country to interface with senior customer representatives and industrial partners
Lead and motivate a multi-national team of managers and skilled specialists who undertake detailed planning and monitor/report performance against pre-determined KPIs
Responsible for the commercial and financial performance of the service as well as contract and sub-contract management is a key element of the role
Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures, standards and obligations
With this you convince us
At least 10 years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably in a management role in an aircraft availability operation with exposure to public contracts
Both operational and commercial experience including contract management, personnel management, finance/budget management and performance analysis experience
Experience working with military customers would be an advantage
Compelling leadership style
Ability to speak and write fluently in French and English
This position will include a temporary assignment to Switzerland until Q3 2027 and afterwards will be based permanently in Belgium
