As the Head of our AI Hub, you will enhance and drive Job
Cloud’s AI strategy, champion adoption across the company, and inspire teams to explore what AI makes possible.
This is not a policing or gatekeeping role.
It’s a role for an enabler - someone who empowers teams, fuels curiosity, and sparks imagination, on the back of their deep AI understanding.
You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of around 10 specialists and work closely with leaders across Job

Head of AI Hub (80 - 100%)YOUR SKILLSAt least 5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, with a strong understanding of modern machine learning, data platforms, and automation technologies
Proven, inspirational leadership of organization-wide AI or innovation initiatives, with experience motivating multidisciplinary teams in complex or matrixed environments
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic change - you can communicate clearly at the executive level, align diverse teams, and shape decision-making to accelerate adoption of AIExperience building and scaling internal AI capabilities such as AI hubs, Centers of Excellence, or enterprise AI programs
Strong partnership skills with international product and engineering teams and their leadership (e.g., integrating AI into agile processes and scrum workflows)Ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear business value, connecting AI opportunities with measurable outcomes
Ideally a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science/AI/Machine Learning, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration with a strong technology focus

Cloud’s business goals
Act as the organization’s AI champion, inspiring, educating, and aligning leadership and teams around AI transformation
Build and lead an international cross-functional AI Hub team, providing direction across process optimization, data science, engineering, and regulatory expertise
Develop and operationalize AI frameworks, tools, and playbooks that enable scalable AI adoption across the company
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and help them become AI-enabled
Drive AI advocacy and adoption, translating complex concepts, delivering training, and fostering a culture of experimentation and learning
