For one of our clients, we are looking for a Head of Investor Relations ENG / FR in a 100% permanent contract and based in Geneva. The collaborator will lead the Investor Relations department of the structure with Private Markets & Wealth Management.Head of Investor Relations ENG / FR 100% (Our client is a sophisticated wealth manager company based in Geneva.DescriptionIntegrating the team and the structure;Managing end-to-end fundraising efforts across activities including in-house funds, co-investment opportunities and access to some of the hardest-to-access private market managers;Identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with sophisticated families, family offices, and institutional investors;Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential investors, including preparation of roadshows, marketing materials, data rooms, and targeted outreach strategies;Supporting the investment team in structuring private market offerings and fund documentation to facilitate investor participation;Supporting LP engagement throughout the investment lifecycle, from initial discussions to ongoing portfolio updates;Primary point of contact for investors across activities;Ability to represent Wealth Management activities when appropriate and passed on to appropriate tea;Building long-term, high-trust relationships with investors, partners, and introducers;Crafting and executing strategic storytelling initiatives that reinforce brand, vision, and investment philosophy;Coordinating with leadership and investment teams to ensure alignment between firm strategy, communications, and investor expectations;Identifying opportunities to deepen engagement, drive repeat investment, and expanding investor baseActing as an internal feedback channel, outlining investor sentiment, client needs, market expectations and fundraising priorities to investment and leadership teams;Responsible for the investor communication strategy, including periodic reporting, performance updates, capital call and distribution notices, and ad-hoc communications in coordination with the investment and leadership teams;Translating investment activity into clear, client-friendly narratives, bridging portfolio managers, investment teams, and investors;Overseeing investor reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and best-in-class presentation across private market activities;Coordinating with the PR/Marketing team to ensure impactful marketing presence;Monitoring investor databases and reporting tools, CRM, PMS, to ensure accurate tracking of engagement and capital commitments;Overseeing the maintenance, and ongoing updates regarding prospects and clients in the CRM ensuring data integrity, high-quality reporting, and seamless client experience through dedicated investor portals;Responsible for delivering informed and tailored marketing campaigns to prospects and investors using the CRM's marketing tool;Supporting client onboarding, including coordination of KYC/AML processes, subscription documentation, and ongoing client records;Collaborating with operations, compliance, legal, and finance teams to ensure investors onboarding and reporting meet regulatory and firm standards;Contributing to the strategic positioning of the firm, reinforcing trust, long-term alignment, and differentiated access to private markets;Representing the firm professionally in investor meetings, events, and strategic discussions;Reporting ad-hoc to clients and management;Participation to the day-to-day in the office.ProfileSuperior academic background in Finance, Economy or management;Strong similar experience Investor Relations Manager, Sales or Capital Fundraiser within a financial company in Switzerland;Good commands in MS Offices, ERP and PMS;Good level in English and French;Sales approach;Critical thinker, problem solver, sense of details & client oriented.Job OfferOur client offers a 100% permanent contract within a fast growing and sophisticated working environment.
