Acting as a strategic partner to comex members and senior leaders, the Head of Performance & Talent Management strengthens leadership continuity and long-term organizational sustainability.You will be based in Plan-les-Ouates and report to the Culture and People Development Director.Main responsibilities :Performance Management FrameworkDesign and lead the Maison performance review cycle for Retail (to be created from scratch) and Corporate populationsStrengthen a culture of feedback, accountability and meaningful differentiationConnect performance outcomes to development, succession and career decisionsIs the BPO (business project owner) to IT team on all topics relative to performance/talent managementTalent & Succession StrategyOwn and lead succession planning for critical populations (Comex-1 and BU GMs-1) in partnership with the Executive CommitteeDefine succession principles, governance and readiness frameworksFacilitate annual succession reviews and synthesize strategic insightsIdentify pipeline risks and propose targeted development actionsAct as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on bench strength and leadership continuitySuccession Framework & HR EnablementDesign a scalable Maison succession framework applicable across the organizationCreate tools, processes and governance enabling consistent deploymentEnable Regional and Local HRDs to run succession planning aligned with Maison standardsConsolidate and synthesize global succession data for executive visibilityCareer Paths & Development IntegrationDesign and maintain clear career paths for Retail and Corporate populationsAlign performance, development and succession into a coherent talent ecosystemPromote internal progression as a lever of engagement and retentionStrengthen managers’ capability to conduct career and development conversationsImpact Measurement & Continuous ImprovementDefine and track performance and talent KPIsMonitor data quality and talent analytics dashboardsReview outcomes regularly with senior stakeholdersContinuously improve frameworks based on insights and feedbackBudget ManagementManage budget of all owned topicsHow you can fit :10+ years of experience in performance & talent management global positions within an international organizationFluent English required.
