BPA Apps run directly within clients’ Microsoft 365 environments using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), complemented by optional Azure-hosted services and integrations with Dynamics 365. The BPA ecosystem includes preconfigured AI tools, Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards, creating a seamless and powerful user experience.

To shape our technology strategy and lead our development teams into the next stage of innovation we are seeking a visionary :

Head of Software Development, Microsoft 365 Apps (80%-100%)

Your Mission

As Head Software Development, you will:

• Lead and grow our core development team at HQ and coordinate remote teams.
• Drive product innovation aligned with Microsoft’s evolving ecosystem—SharePoint, Power Platform, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and AI.
• Develop BPA components and help other developers on analysis and development with BPA technologies (C#, .NET Core, SPFx, React, SharePoint REST, CSOM and PnP).
• Shape the technical roadmap and ensure scalability, security, and performance across our product suite.
• Ensure our applications are transactable on Microsoft AppSource platform.
• Spearhead our transition to a fully integrated Dynamics 365 QMS solution.
• Maintain best coding practices, performance, maintainability, and security in compliance with ISO 27001.
• Design and maintain automated build, test, and deployment workflows to ensure fast, reliable releases (Azure DevOps).
• Manage Scrum sprint content and calendar.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience as a successful Head of Development in Microsoft-centric environments, ideally with SharePoint or Dynamics 365.
• Is passionate about Microsoft technologies, AI, and driving innovation.
• Has a clear strategic understanding of Microsoft’s direction for SharePoint, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and coordination skills across remote teams.
• Thrives in a collaborative, agile environment with a strong team spirit.
• Is fluent in spoken and written English - minimum C1 (spoken French is a plus).
