On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced
HR Generalist
to support its people operations during a temporary assignment and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives.

40% for the first 2 months

Our client is a small international organisation.
Missions
HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle
•
Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
•
Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and related documents
•
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Payroll & Social Insurance
•
Collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure accurate salary processing
•
Oversee employee registrations and contributions to social insurance schemes
•
Act as a liaison with external partners and brokers
Recruitment & Stakeholder Support
•
Coordinate recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers
•
Support managers in identifying and addressing staffing needs
Policies & Compliance
•
Update and maintain internal HR policies and procedures
•
Ensure ongoing compliance with Swiss labor law and applicable regulations
HR Systems & Projects
•
Support the implementation and optimization of HR tools (e.g., time tracking, absence management)
•
Contribute to HR and organizational projects as required
Employee Support & Engagement
•
Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers
•
Contribute to initiatives that promote engagement, well-being, and development
Profil du candidat
•
Degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field
•
Minimum 5 years of expertise
in a similar HR generalist role in Switzerland
•
Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systems
•
Hands-on experience across core HR operations
•
Fluent in English and French
•
Proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded
