Intern Marketing Switzerland (all, 80-100%), 12 months
Have you always wanted to take a look behind the scenes of a leading mountain sports brand? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you. As of October,1 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed and team-oriented intern to support our Marketing Switzerland team for 12 months.
Do what you love
Assist in managing and executing various marketing initiatives for retail stores (own & franchise), field accounts, and buying groups in Switzerland
Contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy with B2B partners and retail stores in Switzerland
Aid in planning and organizing end-consumer events for retail and field accounts, including workshops, test events and snow and safety activities
Assist in executing marketing campaigns within shop-in-shops (windows) and organizing visual merchandising activities
Support the management of local sponsorships and collaborations, including athletes, climbing gyms, and associations, while contributing to the yearly marketing plan to ensure brand visibility
Support collaboration and partnership with regional/local marketing organizations to optimize and drive the success of the brand in the region
Assist in organizing specific B2B events together with the Sales Team to share the passion for the brand
Play to your strengths
Bachelor Degree or equivalent with focus in Marketing or related field
Strong interest in trade & retail marketing and brand development as well as the sporting or outdoor goods industry
A creative, innovative and hands-on personality with a cross functional mindset
Teamplayer with strong communication skills and a high flexibility & willingness to work during temporary peaks or at events on weekends
Fluent in German and English, French would be a plus
Strong knowledge in MS Office, Adobe Suite and Asana would be desirable
