Description du poste

Rejoignez FINDERS SA en tant que Investment Advisor a Genève.

Description de l'societe
Client:
Our client is a Geneva-based, FINMA-regulated boutique investment firm delivering tailored solutions across public markets, alternatives, and private markets. With a small, agile team, the firm offers a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, providing professionals with direct exposure to decision-making and client outcomes. Unlike some traditional private banking structures, the platform enables full access to a broad, open-architecture investment universe, allowing advisors to deliver truly bespoke, institutional-quality solutions to private clients. This is an ideal setting for individuals looking to step away from product-driven or sales-heavy models and focus on high-conviction investment advice and long-term client relationships.
Description du poste
Position:
Working closely with the Chief Investment Officer, you will join as an Investment Advisor at an intermediate level, suited to candidates with sufficient parcours professionnel to operate independently while still looking to grow within a high-performing environment. The role focuses on advising high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients on multi-asset portfolios, primarily implemented through funds and structured solutions rather than direct single-security selection. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering tailored investment strategies, and contributing to the firm's continued growth. The role spans public and private markets as well as alternatives, requiring a genuinely cross-asset mindset and comfort operating as a generalist.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise HNWI and UHNWI clients on diversified, multi-asset portfolios, with a strong focus on alternatives and private markets

Manage and monitor portfolios, proactively identifying opportunities and implementing changes

Generate cross-asset, macro-driven investment ideas and translate them into actionable client solutions

Prepare and deliver portfolio reviews, performance analysis, and clear market insights

Collaborate closely with internal specialists to translate complex strategies into client-focused outcomes

Support a small, agile team and contribute to the growth of the boutique firm.
Profil recherché
Profile:

University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA, CAIA, AZEK or similar certification preferred

Around 8-10 years' experience in investment advisory within Swiss private banking or a boutique investment firm

Strong multi-asset expertise across public and private markets, including alternatives, with a solid macro perspective

Experience managing fund-based portfolios, with a proactive approach to portfolio construction and rebalancing

Comfortable owning client relationships and engaging HNWI/UHNWI clients with clear, confident communication

Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by a more advisory-focused, less sales-driven environment

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take on responsibility quickly in a lean team

Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and a results-oriented approach

Confident yet humble, with a collaborative style

Experience with Addepar is an advantage but not essential

Fluent in English; good command of French

Available for a full-time, permanent position (no home office)

Valid Swiss work permit (cross-border accepted)

Ce poste est a pourvoir rapidement. Candidatez sans tarder.
