Position:
In this newly created position, you will work closely with the CEO and play a central role in supporting the firm's investor relations and portfolio servicing activities. The role is highly hands-on and combines investor communication, reporting coordination, operational follow-through, and relationship management across the investor lifecycle. You will act as a key point of contact for investors, ensuring a high-quality client expertise while coordinating internally with investment, operations, compliance, and leadership teams. You will maintain and deepen relationships with the firm's existing LP base while proactively supporting broader investor outreach and business development efforts. The position may be considered on either a full-time or 80% basis
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Manage day-to-day investor relations and portfolio servicing activities across private market strategies and co-investment opportunities

Serve as a primary contact for investors regarding onboarding, subscriptions, reporting requests, capital calls, distributions, and ongoing account servicing

Coordinate the preparation and delivery of investor materials, including quarterly reports, presentations, DDQs, factsheets, and strategic updates

Translate complex investment strategies and portfolio developments into clear, concise, and engaging investor communications

Maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and sophisticated private clients throughout the investment lifecycle

Coordinate with investment, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of investor communications

Oversee CRM systems, investor records, and reporting workflows to ensure high standards of organization, responsiveness, and compliance

Support investor meetings, annual meetings, and industry events

Assist with selective fundraising and investor outreach initiatives as needed, while primarily focusing on investor servicing and relationship management

Profil recherché
Profile:

Strong understanding of alternative investments, private markets, fund structures, and wealth management

Previous experience in investor relations, client servicing, portfolio servicing, private markets operations, or institutional relationship management

Experience supporting investors across onboarding, reporting, servicing, and ongoing relationship management

Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex investment topics

Service-oriented and proactive mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Familiarity with institutional investors, family offices, and sophisticated private clients

Comfortable working with Excel, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and portfolio management/reporting platforms

Fluent/bilingual in English; additional languages such as French or German are a plus

This role requires part-time to full-time on-site presence and is not structured as a home office or remote position

Eligible to work in Switzerland or already in possession of a valid Swiss work permit (cross-border commuters accepted)
