This position is suited for a sales-oriented professional with a strong interest in client relationship management and a passion for impact investing.
Your Main Tasks


Support the Business Development team in acquiring new investors and managing existing client relationships, while building your own client portfolio over time.

Contribute to the preparation and execution of client outreach initiatives, sales events, investor meetings, and presentations

Prepare responses to client inquiries and reporting requests in a timely and professional manner

Coordinate with Product Management and other internal stakeholders (Investment Teams, ESG/Impact, Legal, Marketing) to ensure high-quality client deliverables (Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal, questionnaires, and reports).

Support the tracking and reporting of sales activities and the client pipeline in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system

Contribute actively to global, company-wide initiatives and projects
Your Experience and Skills


Strong interest in impact investing, private markets and emerging markets

Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies) or comparable education

Two to three years of background in investor relations management, asset management, private markets, or a related financial services environment

Familiarity with key impact investing concepts, investment products and industry standards

Proactive, client-oriented mindset with a strong “can-do” attitude and excellent communication skills

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and efficient working style, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced international environment; strong willingness to learn

Fluent in English and German (including Swiss German); French and/or Italian are a plus

Exposure to or professional experience in developing countries is considered an asset
