For one of our international clients based in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic IT initiatives in a complex, multicultural environment.

Description
•
Manage end?to?end IT projects, from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure
•
Coordinate and align multiple stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, external vendors, and partners
•
Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications
•
Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality constraints
•
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
•
Provide clear and structured project reporting to governance bodies and senior stakeholders
•
Drive best practices in project management methodologies and IT governance
•
Operate effectively in an international, distributed team environment
Profile
•
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
•
Strong IT background with a solid understanding of systems, applications, infrastructures, and IT architectures
•
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (typically 5+ years)
•
Ability to interact confidently with both technical and non?technical stakeholders
•
Hands?on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
•
Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, ITIL, SAFe, etc.) are a strong advantage
•
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
•
Fluent English is mandatory (international working environment)
•
French is required; additional languages are a plus
