IT Supporter Windows
Aufgaben
Single Point of Contact (SPOC) im telefonischen und schriftlichen Benutzersupport für alle IT-Anliegen
Entgegennahme, Analyse, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Benutzeranforderungen und Störungsmeldungen (1st Level Support)
Eskalation komplexer Störungen an den 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
Beratung der Anwendenden in Fragen zur Arbeitsplatzergonomie und Unterstützung bei Beschaffungen von Hard- und Software
Anleitung der Mitarbeitenden bei neuen oder geänderten IT-Lösungen
Erstellung und Pflege von Artikeln in der Wissensdatenbank
Anforderungen
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Client- und User-Support auf der Basis von Microsoft Technologien
Gutes Verständnis von LAN-, Server- und Arbeitsplatzinfrastrukturen
Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365, ShrarePoint, SCCM, Azure oder anderen Cloud Services
Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
Von Vorteil
Erfahrung in Banken-IT

Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
