In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, international environment, delivering technology-led audits for our clients. You'll lay the foundation for your career in audit insurance, taking on a critical control function in the industry.
Junior Assistant - Audit Insurance
Your contribution to KPMG

Conduct and support audits of consolidated and annual financial statements under IFRS and Swiss accounting standards, both on-site at client premises and within a flexible hybrid work environment

Analyze and assess business processes and workflows for our national and international clients, gaining deep insights into the insurance industry

Develop your technical expertise by tackling complex topics, including regulatory requirements, risk management, and advanced accounting principles

Leverage cutting-edge technology to perform "next generation audits," enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of our audit processes

Collaborate closely with experienced professionals to cultivate a positive team culture and a strong customer service mindset within the audit team

Receive comprehensive training and mentoring to fast-track your professional development, with opportunities for continuous learning and growth

Participate in cross-functional projects, expanding your knowledge beyond auditing and into broader aspects of the business

Take on increasing responsibilities as you grow, with clear pathways to advance your career within our global organization
This is what makes you successful

Completed at least two semesters in economics or a comparable field of study

First work background in the insurance or finance industry is a plus

Highly organized personality with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

Strong ability to work independently, with solid analytical skills to evaluate information and make informed judgments

Resilient, proactive, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude towards solving complex problems and addressing client needs

Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a proactive approach to developing new skills and embracing innovative technologies in auditing

Excellent German and English skills are mandatory and advanced French skills will be a strong asset
