We are looking for a Junior Change Manager with banking expertise to support global market data transformation initiatives through stakeholder engagement, communications, user adoption, and change coordination activities.

Job description:
This position supports a global transformation initiative within a leading private banking environment focused on the rollout of a new Market Data operating model. The role works closely with business and technology stakeholders across Front Office, Investment Advisory, Research, Risk, and Operations to ensure smooth user adoption and effective organisational change. The successful candidate will support communication activities, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, user readiness, and governance tasks while helping minimise disruption across international teams operating in a fast-paced and highly regulated financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the rollout of a new global Market Data operating model across multiple business functions.

Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and support communication plans across international teams.

Prepare and distribute user communications including FAQs, newsletters, updates, and training materials.

Assist with change management activities to ensure smooth user adoption and minimal business disruption.

Track user feedback, adoption metrics, and change readiness activities.

Maintain project documentation, governance materials, and status reports.

Collaborate closely with Front Office, Investment Advisory, Research, Risk, Operations, and project stakeholders.

Support training coordination and end-user onboarding activities.

Identify potential resistance points and escalate risks proactively.

Ensure alignment with internal governance, compliance, and regulatory standards.
About the customer:
A leading international private banking institution focused on delivering global transformation initiatives across market data, investment advisory, front-office, risk, and operations functions within a highly regulated financial services environment.
Requirements:

1–6 years of expertise in banking or financial services environments.

Experience in change management, communications, PMO support, project coordination, or business transformation initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Background working in fast-paced, structured, international environments.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint knowledge are advantageous.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
Please note that only candidates currently based in Switzerland with valid Swiss, EU/EFTA, or existing Swiss work authorization can be considered for this position.
