Responsibilities:
Takes the Head chef responsibilities in case of absences
Control de daily production
Ensure that the quality of food reach the school standard
Organise the production according to the meal plan
Have good interaction with the production Kitchen in Bulle Campus and create synergy
Always research to improve the student experience in the workshop
Organise purchased order and delivery when needed for the in-charge section
Ensure that all activities in kitchen - including kitchen stewarding - are the reflect of the students' Moodle course description and meet the workshop learning outcomes
Control the cleanness of the kitchen according to the weekly cleaning planning
Profile and experiences:
CFC cuisinier or equivalent
Pedagogic certificate an asset
Almost 10 years of cooking
Pedagogic and managerial experience
Fluent in English (orally and in written) and good knowledge
Computer literate
In constant research of improvement
