HIM Business School, based in Montreux, is dedicated to shaping globally minded business professionals through a unique blend of academic excellence and practical learning.As part of the Swiss Education Group, HIM brings together a diverse community where collaboration, adaptability and hands-on learning are at the heart of the experience.To support our campus operations and contribute to the daily experience of our students and staff, we are currently looking for a :Kitchen ChefMain duties and Responsibilities :Oversee and ensure the smooth daily operation of the kitchenSupervise the purchase, delivery, storage of all equipment and supplies in accordance with the school’s standardsLead and supervise daily food production and coordinate operational activities with the kitchen teamEnsure the smooth running of stewarding operations in collaboration with the service teamMaintain strong coordination and communication with the restaurant and outlets service teamsEnsure the consistent production of high-quality food for students, staff, and visitors within the allocated budget, while maintaining a safe and clean working environmentRequirements :Degree in a culinary school as a Cook (Professional Certificate or equivalent),Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef OR 5 years’ experience as a Chef de PartieCreative team player with strong organizational and leadership skillsFluent in French and English written and spokenIf you are interested in joining a dynamic and international environment, we look forward to receiving your application.
