Lab Technician Product Validation (100%)</strong> </h2> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3> <strong>
Your Responsibilities </strong> </h3> <ul> <li>
Support development projects at transfer or validation level by executing laboratory work</li> <li>
Perform immunological tests using various platforms (e.g., Flow Cytometry, ELISA, PETIA, etc.)</li> <li>
Conduct studies to establish and optimize kit reagents and protocols</li> <li>
Carry out and assess routine stability tests and performance characteristics</li> <li>
Handle biological materials (stool, blood, urine, etc.) and perform sample preparation</li> <li>
Independent documentation of experimental results in compliance with GMP standards</li> <li>
Instrument responsibility including calibration and maintenance tasks to maintain a GMP environment&nbsp;</li> <li>
Maintenance of databases and material stocks for the development unit</li> <li>
Laboratory training of new employees and, where applicable, customers and distributors&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h3> <strong>
Your Profile</strong> </h3> <ul> <li>
Completed apprenticeship as lab technician (biology, chemistry, biomedical analytics, or similar) </li> <li>
Initial practical experience in the field of in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and immunoassays</li> <li>
General IT skills in a Windows and MS Office environment; basic experience with data evaluation software</li> <li>
Languages:
Proficient in spoken and written English; basic German knowledge</li> <li>
Precise, reliable, and independent working style with strong attention to detail</li> <li>
Analytical, systematic, and methodical approach; strong adherence to protocols and documentation requirements</li> <li>
