Legal Counsel
To strengthen our Legal Services team at our headquarters in Uzwil, we are looking for a motivated and business-minded Legal Counsel who combines strong legal expertise with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across our global organization, advising on a wide range of legal matters and supporting the business in achieving its goals in a compliant and commercially sound way.
This is where you'll excel
You advise internal stakeholders on a broad range of legal matters, with a focus on commercial contracts, IT law, and corporate governance
You draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including customer, supplier, and IT-related contracts (software, cloud, SaaS)
You develop and enhance contract templates, policies, and legal standards, while supporting the continuous improvement of legal processes and tools
You identify legal risks, monitor regulatory developments, and translate them into practical, business-oriented guidance
You collaborate cross-functionally and support governance matters, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
These are the skills you'll need
Swiss law degree and admission to the bar in Switzerland, combined with several years of relevant professional experience in a law firm or in-house environment, ideally in an international, industrial or technology-driven setting
Strong expertise in contract law, IT law, and corporate governance, with proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and IT-related agreements
Independent, structured working style paired with strong teamwork skills, business acumen, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with a high level of integrity, reliability, and sound judgment
Fluency in German and English; strong interest in digitalization, legal technology, and continuous improvement, combined with curiosity and a willingness to learn
