This technology is deployed on our tractor-drawn ARA machine. By joining our talented and dynamic team, you will contribute to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture, in an innovative scale-up at the cutting edge of technology.Machine Development Project ManagerYour missions:Manage projects for the development of our robotics agricultural machines containing mechanical, hydraulics, fluidics, electro-mechanical, electrical and computer/control/sensors components.Together with the CTO and the product managers, define the project scope, goals, and deliverablesSpecify, plan, and implement our product development project from concept, qualification, industrialization and production launch.Define required resources for tasks and manage budgetsCreate schedules and project timelines, track deliverablesImplement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputsIdentify project risks and opportunitiesCollaborate with external entities (sub-contractors, fabrication and assembly partners) with travels in Europe and outside Europe from time to time.Collaborate closely with various teams while reporting directly to the CTOYour profile:Master degree in micro engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering.At least five years of proven experience as a project manager in a product development environment for large machine design containing mechanical, hydraulics, fluidics electro-mechanical and electrical components, such as industry machinery, agriculture or industrial vehicles, electrical vehicles, etc.A project management qualification (PMI, PMP) or equivalentExperience in strategic planning, risk management, and change managementComfortable with Agile/SCRUM methodsFluent in technical english (oral and written B2/C1)You have:A strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to converse with a broad spectrum of personalitiesThe ability to adapt to a fast-moving environmentOur benefits :Stimulating working conditions (flexibility, working environment, training, etc.)5 weeks of holidaysAdvantageous pension fund planParticipation in public transport costsStarting date: As soon as possibleContract type: Full timeEcorobotix is an equal opportunity employer.We look forward to receiving your application and exploring how you can contribute to the success of Ecorobotix.
