In Transaction Services you will be at the forefront of our client's M&A activity and lead projects and multidisciplinary, first in class teams.We are looking for a motivated team player who can help us deliver outstanding client projects and advance our team. A career within the Deals Transaction Services team will provide you with the opportunity to help clients achieve maximum value with their M&A activities. We focus on evaluating M&A projects in due diligence, pre and post completion. We conduct pre deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large-scale enterprise wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of areas.Manager / Senior Manager Transaction Services100%Your ImpactHelp our clients with dedicated support for transactions in a wide variety of industries and circumstances (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures & structured investments).Work across the areas of buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance and vendor due diligence, deal and negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients.Collaborate with other experts to develop a rapid understanding of the client's business and issues, and articulate your findings appropriately in order to deliver high quality reports.Work in a diversified, international environment covering multiple areas and industries.Team up with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts.Your Skill SetBachelor's or master's degree and have a background in finance (CPA or CFA).Thorough understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirements in accordance with internationally recognized reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, US GAAP).At least 5 years of experience in providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large companies and private equity fund clients.Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.You are energetic, proactive, able to empathise with clients and staff, and are enthusiastic about delivering value to clients.Flexible and demonstrate willingness to conduct business travel for client assignments or business-related matters.Excellent analytical skills and are experienced in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and additional analytical software tools (e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx) to analyse and present data in a meaningful and efficient way.Your ContactRobert JacsmanAbout PwCAt PwC Switzerland, we help clients build trust and reinvent so they can turn complexity into competitive advantage.
