Purpose
As the
Social Media Manager
, you will own and lead the global social media presence of vVARDIS across Corporate and EMEA channels, and support and oversee US specific channels. You will define and execute the global social media calendar, manage day-to-day content creation and publishing, strengthen our professional dental social media, and unlock new consumer excitementâparticularly around Curodont, our groundbreaking non-invasive regenerative treatment.
This role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional who is deeply knowledgeable about what resonates in social media, has a good understanding of the healthcare sector and preferably of the dental field, partners effectively with marketing & brand teams to consistently reflect the brand spirit, style and equity in social media, collaborates closely with our CEOs (who are highly engaged in social media), and works with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to generate and amplify compelling content.
As vvVARDIS will increase its communication effort toward patients and consumers, you will also build and nurture consumer engagement from the ground up, define the social media governance framework together with Legal and Regulatory Affairs, and ensure compliant, consistent execution and alignment to the brand identity across all platforms.
Social Media Strategy & Execution

Develop and own the global social media calendar across Corporate and EMEA channels. Support and oversee specific US channels where needed.
âą
Plan, create, adapt, and publish content across all key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
âą
Identify and set up new social media channels if strategically or regionally relevant (eg. TikTok, X, or new local channels eg France, etc)
âą
Ensure brand voice consistency and alignment with Global Brand Guidelines.
âą
Track social performance dashboards and optimize content based on engagement, reach, and growth.
âą
Monitor trends in dental, medâtech, and consumer wellness social media to keep vVARDIS ahead of the curve.
Content Creation & Amplification
âą
Generate high quality content that resonates with both dental professionals (B2B) and consumers (B2C), with strong emphasis on Curodont related storytelling.
âą
Work closely with the CEOs to create and refine executive-level social content; incorporate their tone, input, and personality.
âą
Source content from KOLs, clinicians, and advocates; support them in amplifying their stories through co-created posts, reels, testimonials, and short videos.
âą
Partner with US and EMEA marketing teams and agencies to adapt existing assets for relevance and compliance in each region.
Key Performance Indicators & Impact Measurement
âą
Define, track, and report on core KPIs, including reach, engagement, follower growth, brand awareness, and sentiment.
âą
Demonstrate the impact of social activity through monthly KPI dashboards and insights reports shared with US Marketing and Global Marcom.
âą
Set quarterly growth goals for key channels and actively test/optimize content formats to achieve them.
âą
Monitor brand sentiment and conversation trends across platforms to identify opportunities and risks, and adjust messaging accordingly.
âą
Use data to shape content strategy, ensuring posts deliver measurable improvements in awareness, trust, and activation.
âą
Identify high-performing content and replicate success, creating a dataâdriven content engine across all markets.
Cross-functional Collaboration
âą
Work with Legal and Regulatory Affairs to define, document, and enforce the vVARDIS Social Media Policy across all markets.
âą
Coordinate with the Product, Medical, and Clinical Education teams to ensure content accuracy.
âą
Collaborate with Event teams to amplify US, EU, and global eventsâincluding Curodont Academy and Roadshows.
âą
Partner with Sales teams and DSOs to support their coâbranded content needs and campaign support.
Governance, Compliance & Brand Protection
âą
Ensure all published content meets regulatory, legal, and internal quality standards.
âą
Monitor social channels for compliance risks, misinformation, and reputationâsensitive topics.
âą
Lead the drafting of approval workflows for compliant social media publishing.
Required Qualifications
âą
Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
âą
3â5+ years of experience in social media management; dental, medical, or healthâtech expertise strongly preferred.
âą
Demonstrated experience running multiâchannel social ecosystems and building communities from scratch.
âą
Strong capability in creating engaging content (copy, reels, short-form video storytelling).
âą
Deep understanding of what content resonates with dental professionals and/or oral health consumers and what content nurtures and is in line with brand equity
âą
Strong project management skills and familiarity with social media planning and analytics tools.
âą
Comfort working closely with executives and incorporating their voice into content.
âą
Background collaborating with KOLs, creators, or influencers is a plus.
