SwissVetGroup was created to strengthen and future-proof the veterinary sector in Switzerland. Our mission is to support the long-term success and identity of each practice in our network as well as the SwissVetGroup/VetPartners national brand reputation.As Senior Marketing & Digital Communications Lead, you will be a key strategic partner to Swiss senior leadership, owning and driving the end-to-end marketing agenda for Switzerland. You will translate Group strategy into high-impact local execution, with a strong focus on digital channels, reputation management and data-driven decision-making.You will lead Swiss marketing priorities in close collaboration with clinic directors, operational leaders, and the Group marketing team (UK), ensuring that each clinic’s unique identity is respected while benefiting from a scalable, modern and performance-oriented marketing approach.Marketing & Digital Communications Lead (80%-100%)Your role & impactStrategic leadershipOwn and lead the Swiss marketing and digital strategy, aligned with Group objectives and Swiss operational priorities.Act as the senior marketing advisor to Swiss leadership and clinic directors, translating business needs into clear marketing priorities and roadmaps.Drive alignment between local stakeholders and Group marketing, ensuring strategy, governance and execution are coherent, efficient and measurable.Shape and lead internal communications across Switzerland, ensuring clarity, consistency and engagement across clinics and teams.Digital growth & brand visibilityTake full ownership of digital presence and local reputation across the Swiss network: Google profiles, online directories, reviews strategy, social and local community engagement.Oversee and continuously improve clinic websites: content quality, SEO foundations, service visibility, tracking and conversion hygiene, in collaboration with agencies and Group teams.Lead paid digital acquisition (Google Ads) via agency partners: challenge performance, define KPIs, optimise investment and drive continuous improvement.Ensure all digital activity is performance-led, brand-consistent and aligned with clinic-level growth objectives.Analytics, insights & optimisationDefine and own Swiss marketing performance reporting, delivering clear monthly insights to Swiss operational leadership.Analyse performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Actively challenge agencies and suppliers, driving a test-and-learn culture focused on ROI, scalability and long-term growth.What we’re looking for5–7 years’ experience in marketing, digital, growth or performance-driven roles, ideally in multi-site, services or consumer-facing environments.Strong track record of digital marketing leadership: local SEO, paid acquisition, website optimisation, online reputation and analytics. Word Press experience is a plus.Fluent in French and English; Swiss German is a strong advantage.Highly data-literate: comfortable turning performance metrics into clear narratives and strategic decisions.Proven experience leading and challenging external agencies (PPC, SEO, web).Strong stakeholder leadership skills, able to influence senior leaders, clinic directors and cross-border teams.Structured, pragmatic and autonomous, with the ability to manage complexity and deliver consistently.Genuine interest in animals and the veterinary sector; pet owner a plus.Fit with VetPartners culture of collaboration, support, dedication, respect, approachability
