Marketing Intern 100%, Lucerne

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Intern to support the execution of marketing activities across multiple brands and projects.

This role is ideal for someone who has already gained hands-on experience in digital marketing and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You will be involved in day-to-day marketing operations, content creation, and coordination across campaigns, gaining exposure to a broad range of marketing activities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content

• Support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital channels (web, social, mobile, AI)
• Create engaging content and schedule social media posts (design, captions, audio)
• Assist with content updates across platforms

Website Maintenance

• Update website content via CMS (e.g. Wix, Wix Studio or similar)
• Implement text and image changes
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across pages

Email Marketing

• Support the setup and execution of email campaigns
• Prepare templates, upload content and manage basic sends

Marketing Materials

• Update presentations, flyers, and brochures
• Create materials using Canva and similar tools
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines

Coordination & Events

• Support campaign coordination and content planning
• Assist with event preparation and on-site support when required
• Coordinate basic communication with suppliers

Research & Reporting

• Conduct basic research (competitors, trends, benchmarks)
• Support simple reporting on marketing activities
• Experience working with Sharepoint

Your Profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communication or similar
• You already have hands-on experience executing marketing tasks (e.g. managing social media, updating websites, creating campaigns)
• Comfortable working independently with clear guidance
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of social media platforms
• Experience with tools such as Canva, CMS platforms, or email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp) tools
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Valid Swiss working permit
