Position Summary

We are looking for a Head of Marketing, CPW Southeast Asia Cluster to lead demand creation, brand performance, and marketing excellence across Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Indonesia. This role will translate global brand and portfolio strategies into cluster growth plans, ensuring consistent execution, strong commercial impact, and a unified marketing approach across markets.
In addition, you will lead the brand strategy, communications, innovation, and renovation agenda for KOKO KRUNCH® and MILO® Cereals across the Southeast Asia Cluster and other markets where the brands are present.
A Day in the Life of a Head of Marketing
Lead Cluster Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Translate global brand strategies and innovation platforms into cluster-specific growth plans.
• Build and execute the annual cluster marketing plan aligned with business priorities and investment choices.
• Identify high-potential markets, occasions, and consumer segments to unlock growth opportunities.
• Drive brand performance, market share growth, and business results across the cluster.
Drive Media, Activation & Agency Excellence
• Develop and oversee the cluster media strategy to maximize reach, effectiveness, and ROI.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns and activation excellence across markets.
• Manage agency partnerships to deliver high-quality and consistent execution.
• Establish robust performance measurement frameworks and marketing dashboards.
Lead Insights & Performance Management
• Consolidate consumer, shopper, and competitive insights to inform business decisions.
• Partner with global teams by sharing market insights that shape future brand strategy and innovation.
• Analyze business performance and optimize media, pricing, promotion, and portfolio strategies.
Strengthen Commercial Partnerships
• Act as the key marketing partner to Cluster Sales and Customer Development teams.
• Align demand generation initiatives with channel and customer priorities.
• Support the development of compelling customer sell-in stories and activation plans.
Lead & Develop the Marketing Team
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing multi-market marketing team.
• Foster collaboration, capability building, and best-practice sharing across markets.
• Create an environment that encourages innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
Lead KOKO KRUNCH & MILO Cereals Brand Strategy
• Oversee the regional brand agenda for KOKO KRUNCH and MILO Cereals.
• Develop brand strategies, communications, and innovation & renovation pipelines.
• Drive long-term brand growth and business performance across Southeast Asia and beyond.
What Will Make You Successful
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive FMCG marketing experience, including regional leadership exposure.
• Proven track record of translating global brand strategies into market growth plans.
• Strong experience in integrated marketing, media planning, activation, innovation, and agency management.
• Commercially astute with the ability to leverage consumer and shopper insights to drive growth.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across regional and global teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
