Mechanical Engineer 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
YOU ACT
•
Responsible for the future development and execution of our core engineering
•
Continuously improve design in cost, quality, and functionality
•
Adapt engineering to specific customer requests
•
Support sales team in defining innovative, differentiating engineering solutions
•
Manage the efficient and timely engineering execution with our subsidiary in India and external engineering partners
•
Ensure modeling and detailed engineering are executed efficiently
•
Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement department, workshops, commissioning personnel, and subcontractors
•
Familiarize yourself with our equipment during use in production during occasional on-site operations
YOU KNOW
•
Degree in engineering (Technical University for Applied Science, BSc or MSc)
•
Several years of background in development or engineering of mechanical equipment
•
Broad technical expertise in general plant design and engineering
•
Willingness to assume responsibility
•
Ability to work very independently
•
Structured approach to work
•
Excellent communications and strong project management skills
•
Sound knowledge of CAD (preferably AutoCad and Inventor)
•
Very good written and spoken English
•
Willingness to travel internationally at very short notice (approx. 10%)
