MES Change FacilitatorSep 15, 20221 min readUpdated: May 5, 2023The CompanyOur client is a global biopharmaceutical company located near Neuchatel, SwitzerlandFocused on research, development, and delivery of innovative medicines across several therapeutic areas, including oncology, hematology, immunology, and cardiovascular disease The RoleThis instrumental role will help to roll out the future MES solution for the company's manufacturing site: Leading change management for each workstream with a structured methodology/processDeveloping change management plans for MES NextGen deployment project Assessing the impact of planned organizational changes (business ways of working, new practices within the project, etc.)Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategiesIdentifying and managing proactively the resistance to changeProviding reporting and regular updates to the Project Manager and project teamsOrganizing training for onsite employees as per a defined planPreparing training materials with relevant stakeholders and managing workshop organizationSupporting the definition of success metrics and measuring performance against these during the benefits realization periodSupporting coordination activities within the projectSupporting the development of communications related to change initiativesYouOur client is looking for someone who has the following attributes and skills:Energetic, strategic mind, a will-do attitude, an eye for detail and motivation for delivering the bestCuriosity, adaptability, and a desire to be of service to the team and the broader communityChange management principles, techniques & tools. certification is a plusSelf-organized, facilitator and proactiveGood listening and communications skillsAble to cope with pressureTeam player & able to collaborate with othersFluent in French - Proficiency in English is a mandatory***This position has now been filled, please contact
