For our growing Facility Management organisation at a client Geneva we are looking for a:
Multi Skilled Technician:
Your main tasks:
•
Comply with all government and company regulations and guidelines related to building operations and workplace safety.
•
Review work orders and resolve issues.
•
Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs of facilities in order to minimize business disruptions and inconvenience.
•
Support the implementation of a preventive maintenance program for building facilities and systems to ensure they meet or exceed their expected lifespan.
•
Verify and confirm that work is completed, equipment is fully functional, and customer areas are in proper working condition.
Your profile:
•
Certification (CFC or equivalent) in HVAC with a solid basic knowledge of electrical systems.
•
OIBT Art. 15 certification is a plus.
•
Good physical condition (heavy lifting required).
•
Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
•
Communication skills to exchange basic information.
•
Practical knowledge of MS Office and general comfort with computer tools.
