Your Tasks
Perform non-destructive testing on aircraft parts made of various materials using the following methods:
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
Penetrant Testing (PT)
Radiographic Testing (RT) – optional
Prepare inspection reports and inspection instructions.
Create defect documentation and non-conformance reports.
With this you convince us
Completed technical studies and experience in mechanical construction
MT and PT Level 2 certification according to EN 4179 and additional methods such as RT, ET, VT, and UT are advantageous
Level 3 certification according to EN 4179 is an advantage.
Good MS Office skills and SAP user knowledge and fluent German or English, written and spoken; English minimum level B1
Able to independently perform inspections according to instructions and specifications.
Understands component and assembly drawings.and able to create inspection instructions
