Night Auditor

Each equipped with YOTEL’s signature SmartBed – adjustable for relaxing, working or sleeping, every element of the room is sleek and modern. The hotel also offers a 24/7 fully equipped gym for hotel guests. Mission Control (reception) is the hub of all activity at our hotel. Use our self-service kiosks to check-in and out under a minute or guests can speak to our always on-hand crew. We will also give local neighbourhood tips, emergency supplies and toiletries, or extra keys and towels. Available and ready to help 24/7.

About the role 

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee nightly operations, provide excellent guest service, and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a calm, overnight environment. 

• Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
• Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports
• Monitor hotel systems and address any operational issues during the night shift
• Maintain security and safety by conducting regular property walks
• Respond to guest needs promptly and professionally
• Prepare the front desk area for the next day’s operations 

The skills we are looking for are:·

• Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in hotel management systems (training provided if needed)
• Ability to work independently and handle overnight duties
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
